Why not learn to nordic walk and see how walking with poles can really make a difference....

The best way to learn to nordic walk is to first complete one of our 90 minute introduction workshops which are held throughout Pembrokeshire.  We also run a 90 minute progressive workshop which reviews your technique and teaches you how to develop your technique and some simple techniques for walking up and down the slopes.

We also sell good quality exel nordic walking poles, we can fit these for size during your workshop or walk.

We run regular weekly social nordic walks, so once you have completed your nordic walking introdution workshop you will be able to join onto one  of our weekly nordic walking social classes. 

Classes are run at Saundersfoot, Haverfordwest and the Newport/Preseli area.

Learn to nordic walk in a stunning location - a weekend introduction to nordic walking

Our fully accredited nordic walking instructor will teach you the essential techniques of nordic walking in some of the most magnificent landscapes.  We will learn the basic techniques of nordic walking in preparation for our practice walks along some inspirational paths.

Feel the nordic technique along the golden sands of Newport.  Try out your newly learnt uphill and downhill techniques along the slopes of the mysterious Carningli ( the mount of Angels).  We may even venture further into the secluded and tranquil valley of the river Gwaun.

We have partnered up with the excellent 4 star guest house Soar Hill, which superb views to the hill of Carningli and overlooking the panoramic expanse of Newport bay. www.soarhill.com

We are able to offer this nordic walking weekend to a minimum of 4 people.
